Extension Rental Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions regarding the rental and use of clip-in hair extensions provided by Bridal & Beauty by Ahna for the above event.

Extension Details

• 100% Remy Human Hair Clip-In Extensions

• Extensions will be color-matched and prepped by your stylist

• Rental includes installation and wear for trial preview (if selected) and free installation and day-of wedding wear

Fees & Payment Terms

• Rental Fee: $125

• Refundable Damage Deposit: $100

• Total Due: $225

  Both the rental fee and deposit must be paid in full before or at the time of the trial appointment (or prior to wedding day if trial is not applicable).

Trial Use Terms

If the client would like to use the extensions during their preview/trial appointment and retain them through the wedding day:

• Full rental fee and deposit must be paid before or at the trial

• Extensions will be taken home after the trial and kept by the client until the event

• Client agrees to care for and store the extensions safely between uses

Return Policy

• Extensions must be returned or shipped out within 5 calendar days after the wedding

• They may be dropped off in person or shipped back

• If shipped, the client must:

  • Email proof of shipment and tracking number to bridalandbeautybyahna@gmail.com within the 5-day return window

  • Failure to provide this proof within 5 days will result in forfeiture of the deposit

• Extensions must be returned in clean, tangle-free, and undamaged condition

• If not returned, or returned in poor condition (i.e. stained, matted, cut, dyed, or permanently damaged), the deposit will be forfeited, and additional charges may apply

Care Guidelines

• Do not cut, dye, bleach, or chemically alter the extensions

• Heat styling should remain below 380°F

• Brush gently with a comb or extension-safe brush to avoid tangling or damage

Optional Purchase

Client may opt to purchase the extensions. Prices range from $150 - $550 depending on length and grams of hair.

In this case, the deposit will be returned (assuming no damage), and the client retains ownership of the extensions after purchase.

Deposit Refund Method

• If extensions are returned in acceptable condition and within the agreed timeline, the $100 deposit will be refunded

• Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of receiving the extensions back. Refunds can take 3-5 business days to process after initiation.

Acknowledgment & Agreement

By signing below, the client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined in this agreement. They accept full responsibility for the care and return of the extensions.

Credit Card Authorization for Damaged or Unreturned Extensions (must expire after the return window)

Client authorizes Ahna to charge the credit card listed below for any of the following:

• Extensions not returned within the 5-day window

• Extensions returned with damage beyond normal wear (tangled, cut, dyed, stained, etc.)

• Any remaining balance owed if client chooses to purchase extensions and does not complete payment
