Booking Dates & Times: Ahna will determine a start time that coordinates with their schedule, you, and your venue. Once all services are completed, Ahna will leave. Contract end times may not be modified unless agreed upon by Ahna. Each booking requires a certain length of time to be finished and is not to exceed the time limit. Some individual services may consume more or less time than we average. Additional clients receiving services need to be immediately available as needed, in the case that Ahna is ahead of schedule. Due to potential scheduling conflicts, if any person is not available for an appointed booking time, then his or her service may be cancelled (at the sole discretion of Ahna) and all monies will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
Touch Ups: Upon completion of each service, each client will view and approve the finished look. When all clients are completed, the Ahna will offer minor touch ups as they feel necessary. If for any reason a touchup is requested by the client, due to actions taken by them that compromised the final look, (Including but not limited to: Excessive sweating, blemish disruption, self-altered modifications, rubbing/scratching/wiping or eating) there will be a $15 touch up fee added. This amount will be included with the final bill and due for payment on the day of the event. If client decides after makeup or hair is completed that they want a completely different style, the full hair or makeup fee will apply and will be due directly payable to Ahna.
Unsanitary, Infectious or Unsafe Conditions: We reserve the right to refuse services if unsanitary conditions exist and/or contagious infections are present. Booking party or client understands and acknowledges that Ahna will not provide services where any contagious infections such as pink eye (conjunctivitis) or cold sores/fever blisters are present and there shall be no refund. Booking party or clientacknowledges and agrees that verbal abuse towards Ahna is unacceptable by any person at the event and shall be grounds for Ahna to cease services immediately. Client acknowledges that they will not be entitled to a refund for any work.
Remaining Balance on/after event: In the event that a balance remains or is charged to your account due to delayed start fees, travel fees, add-on fees not paid to the artist, etc.; this balance will automatically be charged to the card on file if it is not taken care of by the booking party.
Service Location, Requirements and Relocation: Location of service for the day-of-event will be at the discretion of the client, but there are certain requirements our team needs to complete the services. Working electrical outlets must be made available for use. A table/work area, chair as well as ample lighting, whether by means of natural or by lamps is necessary for services to be performed properly.
Add-On fees: Hair extension styling/placement that is not already prepaid, will be due on the day of service paid directly to Ahna before service begins. Installing clip in extensions are always $25 per person.
Individuals with Varying Needs: If any members receiving services have diverse abilities or needs, this must be communicated with Ahna prior to our arrival to ensure we are prepared to give them the utmost consideration to accommodate their needs. Such clients may include, but are not limited to, those within the spectrum, transgender, or those with mental or physical limitations. Failure to inform us of these conditions may result in us not being able to complete services due to, improper preparation, time limitations or spatial restrictions.
Airfare and Accommodations: All bookings with travel over 2 hours require a hotel stay. All costs for travel to a booked event are to be paid by client. Costs may include, but not limited to: airfare, hotel, transportation, parking, per diem, service incidentals and all taxes.
Risk/Liability: All Stylist/Artist supplies and products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every application. Makeup products used are hypoallergenic. Booking party or client agrees to inform Ahna of any allergies/skin conditions they may have to any cosmetic products, prior to application. If the client has a known allergy to a particular product, the client may provide a suitable substitution if desired. By signing this contract, client assumes responsibility and agrees to release Bridal & Beauty by Ahna, its owners, and all employees, contracted Artist/Stylist and agents from any personal responsibility or liability for any skin complications due to sensitivity or allergic reaction from products used during services and that service is performed at the client's own risk.
Loss/Theft: Booking party or client agree not to touch or use Ahnas products and materials. TheBooking party or client may be charged for the cost of any damaged, lost or stolen items by any person or child associated with the event.
Precautions: Incidentals/Property Damages: While Ahna does take precautions to prevent any property damages, it is the booking party or clients responsibility to ensure the getting ready space is protected from accidental damages that may occur during the getting ready process. (Examples include but are not limited to: Protecting furniture/flooring from hair product over spray or makeup fallout.) In the event that any accidental damages occur, Ahna and Artists/Stylists are not responsible for repairs or replacements of any items.
Payments/Gratuity: All signed contracts include a deposit. Any added services, travel fees, additional stylist fees or other prices if chosen, will be added by Ahna during the course of your booking and will be subject to payment by you. The final balance listed on your invoice is due 24 hours before the appointment time - no exceptions. Payments can be made at any time leading up to your event. The person responsible for the entire balance is the person(s) who has signed the booking contract. Payment can be made through the invoice link given. Any additional unpaid balances after the event date will be charged directly to the credit card on file and will include the 3.5% tax.
Satisfaction/Defamation: In the event that a booking party or client is unsatisfied for any reason, they MUST contact Ahna via email expressing their concerns within 24hrs of the service completion. We are always happy to work with you to help resolve any issues. Disclosing any negative views, opinions, or reviews without first addressing them with us will be considered defamation of character. The company may pursue legal action and seek damages.
Photo Release: Bridal & Beauty by Ahna, Ahna and all of its representatives or agents reserve the right to take before and/or after photos of their work for business promotion and advertising usage. Booking party or client(s) agree to release any and all claims regarding use of his/her image for such purposes. Booking party or client(s) also agrees to release the name and contact information of professional photographers and/or videographers used for recording any event for which Ahna has been contracted to work. Booking party or client(s) agree to release to Ahna use of photographs and recordings. This signed agreement serves as a release to booking party or client, photographer/videographer and authorizes them to release to Bridal & Beauty by Ahna and its owners, agents, and employees any photographs/recordings to use on any promotional materials Ahna deems necessary.
Severability: If any provision or provisions of this agreement shall be held to be invalid, illegal, unenforceable or in conflict with any of the law(s) of any jurisdiction, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.
Agreement Terms: This Agreement is understood by both parties. Any terms of this agreement may be modified or amended through written documentation only. No other form of modification, whether oral or implied shall be considered binding.
Electronic Signatures: Booking party or client understands and agrees that this agreement may be signed/submitted Electronically. Electronic signatures have the same force and effect as original signatures.
